Services & Amenities
Corporate Rentals.net seeks to provide a superior living experience for all tenants. Apartments are fully furnished and accessorized. Rent includes a set of free services. Additional services can be arranged through our office.
Included Services & Amenities
All Utilities: Gas, electric, water, garbage & heat are included in the rates.
Private Phone Number: Each apartment comes with working phone service that can be dialed-in directly with unlimited free local phone calls. Long-distance and International calls are billed separately or via calling card.
Cable TV
Housekeeping: Every two weeks, housekeeping services include: change of sheets and towels, vacuuming carpets, dusting, bathroom, kitchen (appliances excepted). Does not include: washing dishes, personal laundry, picking up clothes, cleaning up after entertainment or removing trash and garbage. Please contact the office for additional housekeeping needs. An initial $75 cleaning charge is included in the Rental Agreement.
In-unit Amenities and Accessories
Each unit is fully furnished and comes with the following accessories:
Refrigerator, microwave, full-sized stove, coffee maker, toaster, silverware for serving and dining, china, glassware, pots and pans, a full set cooking utensils, towels, and extra linens, TV (cable), telephone set, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies..

High-Speed Internet Access
Parking: Garaged parking is provided for several units. Please inquire if this is a need you have. Ample street parking is available for all units.
More Technology: Additional equipment and add-ons such as VCRs, DVD players, Fax/Printers, Digital Cable can be rented.
Laundry Machines: Eucalyptus & Junipero Serra units have a no-coin washer & dryer for the use of all tenants in the building. Please inquire on other units and/or for references to cleaners in the area who will pick up and deliver laundry.

E-mail or call us to confirm availability and rates. FAX us a completed Rental Agreement with a credit card # to hold the unit of your choice pending receipt of deposit (See Availability).
Send or deliver the signed Rental Agreement & Deposit to our office.
Confirm special arrangements for your arrival and visit.

NOTE: Reservations may be held for up to 10 days with a credit card number and faxed Rental Agreement. Reservations are not confirmed until a check, cashier's check or money order for the deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are physically received in our office unless other arrangements are made and confirmed.
