A deposit of $500 is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit and half of the total reservation amount must be received within seven (7) days after a verbal agreement to reserve the property. A signed rental agreement must accompany payment. In the even of extenuating circumstances, the property owner may, at the property owner’s discretion, allow the reservation amount to be paid at the time of arrival, as long as the damage deposit has been paid in advance.
We accept mailed personal check mailed sixty (60) days in advance, bank money order and bank cashier’s checks. We do not accept credit card payments.
All changes in bookings and cancellations must be submitted to us immediately by email and in writing by fax or through the postal service. A cancellation thirty (30) days from the date of the reservation will result in a loss of half (1/2) of the deposit. CANCELLATIONS SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
This property is privately owned. The owners and property managers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their complete discretion, and reserve the right to upgrade you to another unit should the unit you choose become unavailable for the duration of your stay. The owners and property managers are not responsible for any damage, accident, injury, or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind during your stay. Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors securely.
Upon your arrival, you will receive keys to the unit(s). You will be responsible for returning all keys. Once you return the keys to us at the end of the rental period and the property manager has conducted a visual inspection of the premises indicating that there is no damage to the property, your damage deposit will be returned. A lost key charge of $35.00 will be charged for lost keys.
There will be a $25.00 per lost item charge in the event that any items are missing after your rental period. Stains on linens or furniture; sofa, chairs etc. will result in a cleaning fee being deducted from your deposit. Please treat all items with care.

Please leave the property in the same general condition as when you arrive by doing dishes and putting items where you found them. An extra cleaning charge may apply to units that require more cleaning time than normal, and will be deducted from your deposit.
Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed in the unit(s). If the cleaning service notes any evidence of smoking on the premises you will forfeit your right automatically to your deposit.
You are renting in a residential area. The noise level must be kept to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.
The number of guests allowed per unit will be decided at the discretion of owners and property managers. Any changes to the number of guests staying at a unit must be approved before your arrival. The name and age of each guest must be submitted in writing at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to terminate or reject a rental if a reservation is booked under false pretenses.
